A+Catering was founded by Executive Chef Austin Tucker and Pastry Chef Carmina Tucker. Chef Austin was born and raised in Texas, where as a child he grew a love for food from watching his grandma make delicious meals from scratch. He learned at an early age what a difference simply making everything by hand does to improve the quality of everything you cook. Similarly, Chef Carmina grew up in Chile where she would help her mom every day in making fresh bread and pastries. She took that knowledge with her and applies it with love and precision to everything she makes. Together, Austin and Carmina aim to exemplify to others the difference in making everything in house.
